The smoky haddock forms the perfect double act with the smooth, vintage cheddar sauce, wrapping you up in a warm embrace of dinnertime love.
We'd recommend you cook our fishcakes from frozen. To cook, remove the fishcakes from the carton and place on a preheated baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven. We’d recommend the following temperatures and times (but feel free change them a little if your oven has its own personality).
- Fan oven: 200°C for 25 mins.
- Conventional oven: 220°C/Gas Mark for 25 mins.
Check fishcakes are piping hot (don’t burn yourself) then serve to hungry people. Please don’t cook them in the microwave. It won’t be nice.
