This dish has bags of flavour. Rekindle your love for one of the most successful marriages around, smoked fish and cheese, with our Foil Bake Bag doing the hard work for you making for an easy cosy night in. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it, haddock.
To cook: Remove the bag from the carton and then use these cooking instructions as a rough guide only – we’re sure you know best.
- Without opening, carefully separate the fillets through the bag and place foil-side down on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven. Allow enough room for the bag to double in size during cooking.
- Oven-cook: Fan oven: 160°C/Conventional oven: 180°C/Gas mark 4 for 15 mins.
- To Serve: Gently shake the bag to coat the fish in the sauce. Cut along the length of the bag with scissors and remove the fillets with a fish slice. Pour the sauce over the fish and serve with creamy mash and peas.
