In this simple Italian-inspired fish and tomato pairing, Sunblush® Tomatoes and elegant Sea Bream fillets are a match made in culinary heaven. Pop the cork on a refreshing white wine to balance this delicately flavoured dish, Vermentino and Pinot Grigio work wonderfully well.
