Last month, for one day only, we treated the people of Soho to a Saucy surprise. Visitors of Stephen St. Kitchen were amazed to see a shoal of ‘mini’ Saucy chefs aged 6 to 8 preparing, cooking and serving our exclusive Saucy fish menu during a busy lunch hour.
According to recent research, the average UK Adult consumes less than half the recommended amount of fish per week. With this in mind, we made it our aim to inspire people of all ages to eat more fish, more often – after all, cooking fish is child’s play!
Our amazing mini chefs served over 150 covers to bemused diners delighting in a free lunch. The most popular meal on the day, with 56 covers, was The Saucy Fish Co.’s latest product, Squid, King Prawn & Chorizo fused with a Sherry & Herb Sauce.
Try for yourself; finish off with a crisp leaf salad, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and crusty bread.
