Seasonal sweetcorn pairs perfectly with white flaky fish as a colourful side that little and big hands will want to grab off the plate.

Ready in minutes, mix sweetcorn – and anything else you fancy – with batter, shallow-fry for a couple of minutes each side until crispy.
