Did you know that in France on April Fool’s Day it’s tradition for children to stick a paper fish on the backs of their elders and run away shouting ‘Poisson d’Avril’?

Enjoy your very own ‘poison d’Avril’ this month with our Sea Bass and Beurre Blanc Dressing – paper fish optional.

Our classic French Beurre Blanc butter sauce brings out the best in the flavoursome sea bass and can be cooked in a matter a minutes. Simply fry over a medium heat for 5-7 minutes, grill under a medium heat for 10-12 minutes or pop in a pre-heated over for 10-15 minutes.
